Johannes Bogaard was a Dutch farmer who bravely rescued Jews from Nazis, which nominated him to be considered a member of the Righteous Among the Nations. Bogaard and his family hid over three hundred Jews during the Holocaust. He rescued the Jews only because his father taught him the Jewish people were men of God and he wanted to do the right thing.
